Responsibilities
As a Residential Licensed Service Plumber, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills on every job
- Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners
- Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs
- Complete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance calls
- Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
- 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (required)
- Rhode Island Journeyman Plumbing License with field experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
- Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations

Compensation
$80,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
