The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Dispatcher to help ensure our technicians are scheduled efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality service. You’ll be the central point of communication between our office and field teams, playing a key role in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations
- Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician availability, and geographic location
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and expectations
- Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation
- Track technician progress and adjust scheduling in real-time as needed
- Maintain detailed records of service calls and field activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a related administrative role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatching software; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus
- Detail-oriented and adept at managing logistics and timelines
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
