Superior Comfort Inc. is seeking a skilled and strategic HVAC Service Manager with a proven leadership background. This position is ideal for experienced managers who know how to build winning teams, lead operations, and deliver high-quality residential HVAC service with integrity and professionalism.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and lead the residential HVAC service department, managing day-to-day field operations
  • Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to maintain performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive team accountability and create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage technician schedules, dispatch logistics, and job prioritization to maximize efficiency
  • Provide direction and support for troubleshooting, installations, and repairs
  • Monitor department KPIs and service metrics, implementing process improvements where needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize service delivery and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols
  • Address escalated customer concerns and ensure service excellence from start to finish
  • Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to build a strong and reliable team
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in team leadership or service management within HVAC or related industries
  • Deep understanding of residential HVAC systems and service processes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage operational details, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Comfortable balancing field support with administrative duties
  • Track record of leading teams toward measurable growth and performance
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Salary:

 

  • $100,000-$150,000
