Superior Comfort Inc. is seeking a skilled and strategic HVAC Service Manager with a proven leadership background. This position is ideal for experienced managers who know how to build winning teams, lead operations, and deliver high-quality residential HVAC service with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead the residential HVAC service department, managing day-to-day field operations
Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians to maintain performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
Drive team accountability and create a culture of continuous improvement
Manage technician schedules, dispatch logistics, and job prioritization to maximize efficiency
Provide direction and support for troubleshooting, installations, and repairs
Monitor department KPIs and service metrics, implementing process improvements where needed
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to optimize service delivery and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company protocols
Address escalated customer concerns and ensure service excellence from start to finish
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to build a strong and reliable team
Qualifications:
Proven experience in team leadership or service management within HVAC or related industries
Deep understanding of residential HVAC systems and service processes
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage operational details, scheduling, and team coordination
Comfortable balancing field support with administrative duties
Track record of leading teams toward measurable growth and performance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
