Lead the Charge — Build the Future of Plumbing Excellence
We’re hiring a skilled and results-oriented Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential plumbing team. This role calls for a proven leader with deep industry knowledge, strong management experience, and the drive to grow a department through innovation, strategy, and team development.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Plumbing team, promoting high-quality service delivery and accountability
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize customer relationships
Collaborate across departments to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service efficiency
Provide technical guidance, support, and training to ensure team members remain industry leaders
Oversee service standards and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Cultivate a customer-first mindset across the plumbing team
Recruit, mentor, and develop technicians to foster team growth and performance
Stay current with plumbing trends, technologies, and best practices
- Manage, track and deliver on daily KPI's
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing a residential plumbing team, with a focus on revenue generation
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire
Plumbing certification and extensive hands-on technical knowledge
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced service environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams
