Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dispatcher to manage scheduling and communication between our office staff, field technicians, and customers. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
Prioritize jobs by urgency, technician availability, and geography
Communicate appointment details and updates with customers
Coordinate emergency responses and resource allocation
Track technician progress and adjust schedules as needed
Maintain accurate service records and job logs
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer relations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dispatching software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and logistical coordination
Team-oriented mindset
